You're coming to a sad realization. Cancel or allow?
We saw one of the new pro-Mac commercials to market itself against Vista. It was so funny. I still can't stop laughing. I love these Apple ads.

In the airport again
This time, I'm stuck in Honolulu Airport. Flight has been delayed by 2 hours which we possibly make my day turn into a 26+ hours one (not including the time zone differences.)
Maui is gorgeous, there was a rocky start with the late check-in and crappy condo, but it was a straightened out and I have even driven the Hana Highway and lived to talk about it.
I have about 43 minutes left with my wireless connection and would love to give you all the details for a lonely girl's guide to shopping Maui :D I think I've been able to cover a fair bit driving all the way from south Makena to Kapalua with the limited time I had to spent. On the last night, I even got a roommate. It just hung on my bathroom door most of the time and when I last saw it. i will upload a pic of my pet gecko once I get home.

Here today, gone Maui
Slight pressure starting to keep on writing.
I am currently writing this blog after paying $6 USD an hour to use the hot spot in the San Francisco airport, waiting for my plane to head to Maui. I forgot the hotel confirmation information and I didn't want to arrive in Maui without it.
The check in this morning at YVR could not have gone any faster. I originally wanted to check in, to make sure I have a seat on the first leg of my travel, but found out that checked in passenger must immediately head to the gate. This left me without breakfast at DeDutch with my hubby.
My first flight consisted of a lot of passengers connecting to Denver, but there were a huge fuss about delays. I just checked the weather online (since I'm still paying that $6 for an hour usage) and see that there are some snow in Denver. It was encouraging to see the gate agent hard at work to sort out all the Denver customers. Although it delayed some of the boarding, but I feel safe traveling with United because of it. My last business trip was quite smooth, not seeing any of the problems my co-workers alerted me about American, until we were flying back from Dallas to Vancouver. Vancouver was experiencing a colder winter with lots of snow on the ground while I was in Florida. On the way back, the plane diverted to Seattle due to unsafe breaking conditions in Vancouver. Seattle was a mess. We waited for several hours on the plane and off the plane before they even considered arranging for hotels. Needless to say, I spent my first night in an airport. It was not the most comfortable situation to be in.
There you have it, some traveling stories. I still have about over 30 minutes left with my login and I really need to go to the bathroom.
Not to inflict any jealousy at all, but Vancouver was at around -3 degrees celsius this morning. Maui is currently at 25 degrees.

New Year Resolutions
I don't make new year resolutions. I make goals, however.
Part of my goals for this year is to blog, regularly; update my webpage; build new webpage for hubby; and lose 20 pounds. I hope that you, the reader, reading this will find humour, inspiration, whatever you're looking for to learn more about my world and more about me.
I can tell you that I'm in a good period of my life to start documenting it. I'm growing, transitioning, maturing, and feeling pretty darn good right now.
If you're reading this and know me through work, school, or other activities, I would appreciate that you do not let me you're reading this (unless of course you found something that sparked an interest), so that I won't feel too self-conscious in publishing my thoughts.
This is my blog. Read and enjoy it.
Among other things, I plan to run the Sun Run again this year and have enrolled myself into an InTraining clinic, optimistically hoping I might even run the 10K within 60 minutes; attend at least one agility event with my dog, Sakura; and learn to ride a bike, one with a 600cc motor.
Would there be a second post to follow up on this one? I hope so!
